Job Description
As the Project Manager, you will lead all commercial construction operations for a major ground‑up project, partnering closely with the Superintendent and executive leadership.- Manage an Assistant Project Manager responsible for RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for architects, clients, and subcontractors
- Oversee project financials, including budget tracking and forecasting
- Drive schedule performance and coordinate with field leadership
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and contractual execution
- Lead stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates
- Represent the business professionally throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant
For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:
- 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience specifically within Colorado
- Prior leadership of $20M-$50M ground‑up projects
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills, with proven A/E referenceability
- Experience managing teams, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Ability to lead a 16‑month, multi‑building development from start to finish
- A collaborative, hands‑on leadership style suited to a fast‑moving GC environment
- Base salary: $110,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
