Receptionist

We’re seeking a motivated Receptionist as our Business Development Center Representative (BDC) to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts to assist customers.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with potential leads.
• Provide excellent customer service while promoting our dealership's inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a bonus, but not required.
• BDC experience is a bonus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
