Job Description
We are seeking a qualified X-Ray Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in operating diagnostic imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Department Information- Equipment: Phillips Diagnostic, Carestream
- Operating Room Equipment: Hologic breast machine, Philips portable machines, Siemens Cysto, GE OEC c-arms
- Fluoroscopy Equipment: Toshiba
- Average Daily Patient Scans: Approximately 100
- Active ARRT certification
- Minimum of 24 months of X-Ray experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Iowa radiology license preferred (must apply for licensure upon acceptance if not already licensed)
- Proficient experience with Phillips equipment is required
- Experience with Carestream portable machines is preferred
- Required proficiency in operating room procedures
- Experience with GE OEC c-arms is required
- Experience with Siemens Cysto is highly preferred
- Fluoroscopy experience is required
- First-time travelers are welcome, provided they meet the experience requirement
- Work history showing a minimum of 24 months of current X-Ray experience
- Skills checklist specific to X-Ray discipline
- Active Iowa license/IDPH State Permit is highly preferred
- Professional reference from a supervisory figure within the last 24 months
- Valid driver's license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Holiday Requirement
Contractors may be required to work 1-2 of the following Summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, unless the unit is closed.
