Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Patient documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatric patients and common post-acute diagnoses preferred.
