Location of work: Job requires onsite at various job sites within the lower mainland with a base at #44-14433 60 Ave, Surrey BC V3S1R4.
Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $36.60/ hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.

Key duties:
(link removed) Determine the quantity of the material required.(link removed) Make on-site preparation by erecting scaffolding and ladders, covering surfaces with cloth or masking tapes as necessary
(link removed) Prepare and clean painting surface area by sanding, scraping, removing old paint
(link removed) Fill cracks, holes, and joints with appropriate material
(link removed) Prepare paint and other material as per the desired color and texture
(link removed) Apply paint or other material such as stain, primer, sealer, lacquer, and other finishes on surfaces
(link removed) Follow appropriate guidelines for the spraying/painting process, utilizing all tools necessary, dependent on the type of material being used.
(link removed) Review finished work to ensure accuracy and quality of work
(link removed) Ensure all safety measures are being met at the worksite
Job Requirements:
