Senior Manager Corporate Accounting Position Summary Manager directs and oversees the daily financial operations of the organization, ensuring strict compliance with U.S.
GAAP, SEC regulations, and industry- specific mandates (such as FDA and SOX controls).
Core Responsibilities
- Inventory & Cost Accounting: Oversee the cost accounting cycle for manufacturing operations.
- R&D and Clinical Trial Accounting: Track, allocate, and manage costs specific to clinical trials, research partnerships, and grant funding.
- Revenue Recognition (ASC 606): Manage complex contracts and collaboration arrangements.
- SEC Reporting & SOX Compliance: Support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial filings (10-Q and 10-K).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with FP&A, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Legal teams to align actual financial data with budgeting and forecasting models.
