Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a highly experienced construction leader who can balance project execution with team development, operational improvements, and leadership responsibilities.
Job Description- Manage national retail and commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
- Mentor and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.
- Establish project governance, accountability, and best practices.
- Support field teams in resolving complex construction challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and industry partners.
- Collaborate with leadership to support business growth initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
