Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Agents. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking vacations, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and customized travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises, hotels, flights, vacation packages)
Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
Stay informed on travel deals, promotions, and destination updates
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation
Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel

Qualifications

No prior experience required (training provided)
