Qualifications
Must-Have- Employed full time, part time, or self-employed.
- Work in a healthcare provider organization (e.g., hospital, medical group, clinic, behavioral health).
- Administrative staff role (e.g., Office Manager, Billing, Credentialing).
- Insurers representing ≥10% of the practice’s patients: Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Elevance Health / Anthem, Centene, Kaiser, Humana, UnitedHealthcare.
