Deskside Support Technician
job summary:
We are looking for a highly-motivated technician looking to support end-users in a fast paced environment.
Shift(s) - M-F 8 hour days between 6am-6pm, Initially all on site, but after a period of time, possible 4 days on site, 1 day remote

responsibilities:
Job Duties -- Install, Configure And Troubleshoot Both In-House And Third-Party Applications
- Install Configure And Troubleshoot Computer Hardware On Laptops And Desktops
- Configure And Support Mobile Devices Including iPhones, iPads And Other Peripheral Devices
- Image, Configure And Deploy Desktops And Laptops To End Users
- Engage With And Escalate Tickets To Senior Technicians
- Work With Other IT Teams On Projects And Cases
- Other Physical Work On Site When Needed (Deploy/Move Equipment, Etc.)
- Troubleshoot Connectivity Issues With Users Onsite and Remote
- Setup, Configure And Troubleshoot Virtual Machines
- Complete Other Tasks As Necessary
- Support The IT Walkup Area Where End Users Come to Get Their Issues Resolved
qualifications:
Job Requirements -- 1+ years experience in an IT support environment

- Strong Problem-Solving Skills

Experience With ServiceNow Is a Plus
