Residential Cleaning Manager

The duties include but are not limited to:

• Screens job applicants, hires new employees, and recommends promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
• Complete cleaner orientation.
• Train new cleaners
• Monitor cleaning supply stocks to ensure adequate supplies.
• Issues supplies and equipment to workers.
• Work to make sure the schedule is filled with cleaners.
• Perform QA on One Time, First Time and Re-cleans.
• Perform, random QA checks
• Execute verbal warning, write ups and termination letters.
• Keep detailed log of every infraction for each cleaner.
• Perform cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage.
• To ensure all works carried out by the cleaning staff as set out in their job descriptions.
• Investigating complaints regarding unsatisfactory cleanings, by inspecting the job and taking notes of what was missed.
• Responsible for keeping team encouraged and motivated.
• Maintaining a low level of employee drama and issues.
