Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Weekend Requirements: NoneOn-Call Requirements: Depending on staffing, there may be 1-2 call shifts per week and 1-2 weekends per month.
Job Description
As a vital member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, the Sonographer will contribute clinical expertise and skills in managing care for patients. The role may involve floating across local facilities within the same discipline.
Orientation Schedule- May 26–27
- June 8–9
- Perform a variety of echocardiographic procedures.
- Conduct vascular studies including renal, pre-operative assessments, and pain mapping.
- Complete an average of 7-8 scans daily.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cardiovascular & Vascular Sonographer.
- Previous experience in travel assignments as a sonographer is required.
- Proficiency in using EPIC electronic medical records system.
- Current certifications: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Active license in Iowa at the time of application.
