Job Requirements (L&D RN Qualifications)- Active RN license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience; travel nursing experience required
- Labor and Delivery specialty certification preferred (OB, perinatal, or related)
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Ability to circulate in the OR and provide intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care
- Ability to complete all onboarding requirements (health screenings, background checks, electronic skills checklist, etc.)
- Provide comprehensive intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care as a Labor & Delivery RN
- Circulate in the operating room for L&D procedures, supporting C-sections and surgical deliveries
- Continuously monitor and assess mothers and newborns, responding to clinical changes and emergencies
- Collaborate with OB physicians, midwives, anesthesiology, neonatology, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record following hospital policies
- Educate and support patients and families through labor, delivery, and postpartum transitions
