Travel Experience Support Coordinator (Remote)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and
client-focused Travel Experience Support Coordinator to join

our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring travelers feel

confident, prepared, and excited before their trips by providing guidance, support, and clear communication throughout the pre-travel process.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate

with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional
and timely manner

Review

itineraries with clients and assist in confirming travel arrangements

Provide

essential information about destinations, travel requirements, and trip
preparation

Conduct

pre-departure follow-ups to ensure clients are fully prepared

Address

client questions, concerns, and special requests with a solutions-oriented
approach

Maintain

accurate records of client interactions and updates

Ideal Candidate

Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

Strong

organizational skills with high attention to detail

Ability

to work independently in a remote environment

customer service or client support experience preferred
