Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Services Account Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and support client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor service delivery and address client concerns.
- Maintain accurate client records and account information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.

- 4–5 years of experience in client services, account management, customer success, or a related role.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
- Ability to work onsite in North Brunswick, NJ.
