The Radar Digital Products Department within Raytheon is hiring an Electrical Engineering Project Lead with strong technical leadership ability.The project lead will direct teams of electrical engineers in completing custom military electrical hardware design and verification, focusing on planning, budgeting, internal and external design reviews, team coordination, issue resolution, risk and opportunity management.
This position is located 100% ONSITE in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA.What You Will Do
- Candidate will work as part of a highly motivated team, collaborating with cross-functional project teams making up a larger program or internal research and development effort.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience leading complex technical projects
- Experience with electrical hardware design and development including design standard adherence
- Experience presenting to various levels of management including internal and external customers
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP, and/or other scheduling/cost management tools Qualifications We Prefer * Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Earned Value Management certified
- Familiar with PCB and FPGA design
- Subcontract management
- Experience in proposal writing including cost estimation

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
