Overview
We are seeking a talented Production Supervisor to join our team at our facility located in Los Angeles, CA, 90024. The ideal candidate will have experience in building incentive-based rates for production, continuous improvement, high-level operations analysis, foundry environment experience, budgeting/forecasting experience, and ISO 9001 certification.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement incentive-based rates for production to drive efficiency and productivity
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
- Conduct high-level operations analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Utilize foundry environment experience to ensure safe and efficient production operations
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to meet production goals and financial targets
- Maintain ISO 9001 certification standards and ensure compliance in all production activities
- Proven experience in building incentive-based rates for production
- Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong background in high-level operations analysis
- Prior experience working in a foundry environment
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting processes
- ISO 9001 certification experience preferred
