Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced General Surgery unit in Cincinnati, Ohio. The RN will provide high-quality patient care using clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and evidence-based nursing practices while collaborating closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Deliver culturally competent and age-specific nursing care
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional communication standards
• Adhere to nursing standards, ethical guidelines, and state nursing regulations
• Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives

• Diploma in Nursing required
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License
• Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical setting

• BSN preferred
• Previous Medical-Surgical or General Surgery experience preferred
