KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for Salesforce Developers (Associate / Developer / Senior) - Apex-Heavy | Sales & Service Cloud | Integrations (FSL a +)
We are seeking Salesforce Developers at multiple experience levels to help design, build, and enhance scalable solutions across an enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on Apex-heavy development, enterprise integrations, and working with large-scale Salesforce data environments supporting Sales and Service operations.
This is a software development role focused on Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) within enterprise Salesforce environments. Candidates should be comfortable building programmatic solutions and integrations, not just configuring the platform.
This role is not focused on declarative-only Salesforce administration or configuration.
We are looking for developers who are inquisitive, proactive, and solutions-oriented-engineers who ask questions, propose improvements, and think in terms of enterprise-scale architecture rather than simply implementing specifications.
All developers in this role will:
Design and develop Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and platform configuration
Build and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and event-based architectures
Work within large data environments, supporting both real-time integrations and batch processes
Translate business requirements and user stories into technical designs and working solutions
Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis to improve system stability
Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to improve platform capabilities
Participate in code reviews, testing, and release activities in an Agile development environment
Maintain best practices around performance, scalability, security, and Salesforce governor limits
Additional Responsibilities by Level

Resolve lower-complexity defects and assist with testing and deployments
Salesforce Developer-

Support system enhancements and contribute to architectural discussions

Lead development of complex Salesforce solutions and integrations

Take ownership of major platform initiatives and technical improvements
