REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: CLS (NCA), MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification as a medical technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist as required. Must meet CLIA ‘88 requirements for performing high complexity testing as defined in the Federal Register, Vol.57; #40, Subpart 493.1489.
