RSA Archer Developer

Description: Our client is currently seeking a RSA Archer Developer

Locations:

• St Louis Park, MN Minneapolis, MN
• Chandler, AZ
• Charlotte, NC

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer GRC platform development.
• Strong expertise in Archer 6.x and above, including:
• Application Builder
• Advanced Workflows
• Data-Driven Events (DDEs) and Calculations
• Data Feeds and Job Engine
• Archer APIs (REST and SOAP)
• Proven experience collaborating with Information Security, Risk Management, and Compliance teams.
• Ability to effectively gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• RSA Archer certifications (Associate, Specialist, and/or Architect) are strongly preferred.
• Experience within financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with cloud migrations, data center migrations, and governance platform modernization initiatives.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, scripting, or automation, including tools such as PowerShell or Python.
