Responsibilities:

The Office Manager is an onsite manager, responsible for supervising, directing, planning and coordinating the administrative activities of the office. The Office Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the assigned site and will communicate issues and concerns to the Practice Administrator.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of 3 years of medical office experience required; management experience in a medical office setting is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

A Valid Driver’s license or ability to travel within Westchester County required
