The Registered Nurse provides nursing care as part of our interdisciplinary team in the Patient Care Unit. Must be competent to provide care as the primary nurse in our rural Critical Access Hospital.
Requirements:
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- At least 2 year of experience as an RN.
Housing: Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing. It’s extremely expensive, especially in the winter. Please consider housing options in the surrounding towns: Basalt, Carbondale, & Glenwood Springs. $3,500/month is common for a 1BR apartment in Basalt.
Misc: Not accepting any RTO – Must be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment (8k elevation)
