Job Description- Manage and oversee international tax compliance and reporting processes to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Develop and implement effective global tax strategies for clients to optimize their tax position.
- Provide guidance on international tax matters, including transfer pricing and cross-border transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to address tax issues and opportunities.
- Monitor changes in international tax laws and regulations to assess their impact on clients.
- Prepare and review tax calculations, provisions, and filings for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in tax audits and resolve queries from tax authorities.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members within the tax department.

The Successful Applicant
A successful International Tax Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, JD, or MST strongly preferred)
- 6-10+ years of experience in international tax, ideally from a mix of Big 4 and in-house environments
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. international tax concepts and global tax compliance
- Experience operating in a multinational, matrixed environment
- Ability to translate complex tax issues into practical, business-focused solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Competitive salary ranging from $155,000 to $185,000 USD, depending on experience.
