Job Description
The Project Manager - K-12 - Southern Maryland will:
- Manage all day‑to‑day project operations for commercial construction projects
- Review and interpret construction documents and perform constructability reviews
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Maintain schedules, daily logs, job cost updates, and billing projections
- Coordinate subcontractors, owners, architects, and internal project teams
- Oversee quality control, commissioning, and project closeout activities
- Communicate regularly with ownership and the project team throughout the lifecycle

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - K-12 - Southern Maryland will have:
- 5+ years of construction experience with at least 2 years as a Project Manager
- Experience working for a commercial General Contractor preferred
- Open to candidates from subcontractors with strong MEP backgrounds
- Experience on projects such as K‑12, municipal, churches, TI's, or wastewater
- Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam (required)
