Commercial Executive

This role is designed for a graduate looking to build a career within a commercial team in a growing medical device company. The Commercial Executive will play a key role in supporting day-to-day commercial activities across sales, marketing, operations, and administration.
Responsibilities will include content creation, website updates, CRM management, event coordination, and general commercial support.
This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure to multiple areas of the business, with the opportunity to take ownership of tasks and develop into more specialised commercial functions over time.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Sales Support- Assist the Commercial Team across day-to-day sales and marketing activities
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports
- Support distributor setup, communications and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate distributor training records
- Track and report on commercial activity and performance
- Input and maintain data within the CRM system
- Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Assist in generating reports and insights to support decision-making
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, social content)
- Support development and execution of content plans
- Manage updates to the company website (new content, product updates, news items)
- Support social media activity (primarily LinkedIn)
- Assist in planning and coordination of conferences and events (e.g. OTA)
- Coordinate shipment of marketing materials and product kits
- Liaise with suppliers for print, promotional materials, and event setup
- Monitor shared mailboxes and ensure timely responses or escalation
- Support documentation and organisation of commercial materials
- Assist with internal reporting and tracking of key activities
- Provide general administrative support to the commercial team
- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Recent graduate or early career (0–2 years’ experience)
- Interest in commercial, sales, or marketing functions
- Experience using CRM systems
- Experience creating content for presentations, websites, or social media
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Exposure to data analysis or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel dashboards)
- Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams
- Basic understanding of website content management or analytics tools
