About Our Client

Our client is recruiting for a role within the building and construction industry in Waterbury.

Job Description
  • Assist in managing construction project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Support the Project Manager in overseeing on-site activities and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly.
  • Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts.
  • Ensure projects adhere to timelines and quality expectations.
