Globe Business is hiring a Remote Customer Support Representative based in Indianapolis. Pay: $20–26/hour. Part-time or full-time. No experience required. Training provided. We only consider applicants currently located in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with platform usage
- Enter updates into CRM tools
- Check records for accuracy
- Monitor daily task flow
- Maintain organized documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams
