Job Description- Assist in managing luxury residential construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, reports, and schedules.
- Facilitate communication between clients and project teams to address any concerns or changes.
- Support the procurement of materials and services in line with project requirements.
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and regulations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Luxury Residential (Interiors) Assistant Project Manager should have:
