Job Description
  • Assist in managing luxury residential construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, reports, and schedules.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and project teams to address any concerns or changes.
  • Support the procurement of materials and services in line with project requirements.
  • Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and regulations.
