Job Number 4374 Standard Job Description Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a highly skilled individual to perform as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Meridian program's Enterprise Integration Team.
As a Software Engineering Cost Account Manager, you will:- Establish and assess progress multiple Control Accounts (CA) and Work Packages (WP)
- Define and assess completion of scope against the work breakdown structure and organization breakdown structure in accordance with Agile planning and program integrated master schedule
- Plan, assign and determine program performance based on earned value techniques, using Agile processes
- Ensure time phased budget reflects contractual requirements
- Review data for supporting cost and schedule analysis, including identifying and communicating risks and opportunities
- Supply status and updates to the program schedule and Jira planning
- Provide objective progress assessments to the program stakeholders
- Prepare/approve/accept Work Authorizations Documents
- Lead and coordinate technical product development and reviews through the design lifecycle Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technical discipline or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Experience with Cost Account Management and/or Earned Value Management
- Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance Desired Skills
- Experience with Agile planning and execution
- Experience with Software Engineering Process
- Experience with program planning
- Experience preparing Basis of Estimates
- Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management
- Demonstrated ability to work in self-directed manner, work independently, and leverage best practices
- Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $135700.00
