Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in New York, New York.

Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active New York state PTA license required to begin assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated competency with therapeutic modalities commonly used in SNF settings, such as gait training, transfers, range of motion, and basic ADL training.
- Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing and restorative aides.
- Client requires providers who can document electronically using facility EMR systems; prior EMR experience preferred.
