Actual place of performance is to be determined by the Government; however, work is anticipated within the National Capital Region (NCR).

ARMADA is seeking an experienced Adjudication Specialist to join our team. This position will play a critical role in the adjudication process for government security clearance cases. Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of security clearance cases- Review and evaluate documentation and evidence related to clearance cases
- Make recommendations on clearance decisions based on established guidelines
- Collaborate with government agencies and other stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all security protocols Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security clearance adjudication or related field
- Active Tier 5 Public Trust clearance required
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree in Security Management or related field
- Experience working with government agencies
