Lead Building Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver’s License.
• 3-5 years of directly related building maintenance experience

• Working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, & appliance repair
• Flexibility required to work a scheduled on-call rotation, which could include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to supervise on-site maintenance staff and leads team in diagnosis and repair in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, exterior structural and appliance.
• Ability to multitask and remain highly organized are a must
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on HVAC & water systems.
• Ability to work independently
• Will many of your own tools
• Ability to comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives as related to building operations and practice safe work habits.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and correcting them.
