Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Outbound Caller / Real Estate Sales Rep to join our Newark office. In this role, you will be making high-volume outbound calls to homeowners of distressed properties, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team.This is an in-person position - no remote work.
The ideal candidate comes from a collections, debt recovery, or telemarketing background and is comfortable handling objections, rejection, and emotional conversations over the phone. Real estate experience is a plus but not required - we will train the right person.
Responsibilities- Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners using our dialer system (Mojo Dialer)
- Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and property condition
- Set appointments for our acquisitions team with motivated sellers
- Log all call activity and notes accurately in our CRM
- Follow up consistently with warm leads
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment targets
- 1+ years of experience in collections, debt recovery, telemarketing, or outbound sales
- Strong phone presence - confident, persistent, and professional
- Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations without losing composure
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Experience with dialers or CRM systems is a plus
- Real estate knowledge is a bonus but not required
- Base hourly pay based on experience
- Commission per qualified appointment set
- Bonus commission on closed deals sourced from your calls
