Job Description
As a Superintendent, you will report to a Senior Project Manager and take full ownership of field operations across assigned projects.- Lead on-site construction activities from preconstruction through close-out
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
- Drive project delivery with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
- Coordinate with project management, clients, and consultants
- Oversee healthcare-specific requirements, including occupied space work
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and compliance standards
- Maintain detailed reporting on progress, risks, and site performance

The Successful Applicant
For the Superintendent - Healthcare Construction, we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial or healthcare construction
- Strong background delivering healthcare or complex tenant improvement projects
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast region
- Ability to manage projects in occupied environments
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
