Job Description- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
- Assist in budgeting, value engineering, and cost analysis
- Support preconstruction efforts from concept through bid submission
- Collaborate with project management and field teams

The Successful Applicant- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
- Expereince in estimating for commercial construction - Education, Municipal, Hospitality & Retail
- Experience in one or more of the listed project sectors
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and materials
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
