Sales Support Order Entry - CSR
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that pricing, shipping schedules, and product availability are communicated accurately.
- Role: Customer Service Representative (Order Entry)
- Location: Bridgeton, NJ (Fully Onsite)
- Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Responsibilities- Inputting high-volume customer orders into the company’s internal database with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborating with the warehouse, shipping, and accounting departments to resolve any order discrepancies.
- Managing customer inquiries via phone and email regarding order status, returns, or credits.
- Maintaining updated digital files for client accounts and pricing structures.
