Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required. Client specifically requests strong PT or PTA experience in SNF.
- Experience with EMR NetHealth is preferred.
- Ability to work a guaranteed 35 hours per week as required by the client.
- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility within a senior living community that also offers personal care and memory care.
- Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
