Job Description- Manage day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio to meet financial and operational goals.
- Develop and execute asset management strategies to maximize property performance and value.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
- Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for property improvements, cost-saving measures, and revenue generation.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other external partners to support property success.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Asset Manager/Senior should have:
- LIHTC syndications experience
- A strong background in property management or asset management.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting within the property industry.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 + high bonus and fast upward mobility, 20 days+ vacation.
