Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring a minimum of 3 years of OR experience, with on-call responsibilities and a day shift schedule of four 10-hour days.
Details- Perioperative services setting within a hospital environment
- Day shift schedule: four 10-hour days, approximately 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to change)
- On-call responsibilities required
- Active CA RN license required, must be unrestricted and currently in hand
- Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum 3 years of OR/perioperative experience required
- Recent experience in OR specialty within the last 3 months required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Specialty credentials preferred (e.g., CNOR, PANAC, or AAOPU for Outpatient)
- Must have a clean, unrestricted license with no prior disciplinary actions
- Two supervisor references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
- Provide DOB, full SSN, address, and middle name for consideration
- Reports to the Director of Perioperative Services
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days for this assignment
- All employment gaps of one month or longer must be documented and explained in work history
