Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up for events at direction of client; set up includes but is not limited to setting up tables and chairs, putting out tablecloths and place settings, setting up bars, buffets and stations as needed
- Carrying plates of food to serve guests; serving styles vary by client
- Replenishing drinks and providing service during events at the direction of client
- Breaking down after the event and cleaning up as needed
