• Local candidate able to work on-site (job requirement)
• Strong command of the English language, written and verbal, effective Communication Skills (job requirement).
• Ability to write clear technical documentation.
• Availability for deployments at 9:00 PM PST (job requirement) (This doesn't happen daily, however there needs to be flexibility to work late ours (by starting late) to support a release. This will be scheduled in advanced).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, ATLAS, Fusion, FormWorks, KPOM).

• Proficiency with MS Office products, general internet usage, and PC operation.
• Experience with Windows Server and performing server administration tasks.
• Experience using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
• Ability to map network drives.
• Experience installing and configuring software.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio and SQL database experience (preferred).
• Experience administering IIS includingManaging SSL certificates
• Website setup and configuration
• Identifying and resolving security-related IIS issues
• Claims processing experience.
• Testing experience.
• Release management experience.
