Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Agents. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking vacations, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and customized travel experiences.This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and have a passion for travel.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements (cruises, hotels, flights, vacation packages)
- Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
- Stay informed on travel deals, promotions, and destination updates
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
- Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for travel is a plus
- No prior experience required (training provided)
