Job Description

Support day-to-day site operations on luxury residential builds
Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
Work closely with the Superintendent to drive project delivery
Ensure projects meet high-end finish standards and timelines
Develop into a lead Superintendent role over time

The Successful Applicant

Experience in luxury residential construction preferred
Background as Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or similar
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
Good communication and team-oriented mindset

What's on Offer

Base salary: $110,000 to $130,000
3 weeks PTO with flexibility for personal commitments
401(k) with 4% match
