Here's what it takes to succeed with us.- 5+ years of commercial HVAC and general maintenance experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, and building maintenance
- Ability to read schematics and work independently in the field
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; work in indoor/outdoor environments
- Ability to climb, bend, and work around mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems (package units, split systems, boilers)
- Diagnose and service mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Inspect and repair components such as compressors, motors, belts, and electrical circuits
- Handle refrigerant systems in compliance with EPA standards
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Use mobile technology to manage work orders, service reports, and inspections
- Travel locally between customer sites and maintain strong client relationships
