RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment.$750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
- Work a varied schedule providing medical-surgical nursing care
- Current valid RN license in Wyoming required
- BLS certification required
- WY DFS (Department of Family Services) clearance required
- Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting required
- Experience must include working in acute care setting within past 12 months as RN in specialty area
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care according to organizational policies
- Perform patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and developmental needs
- Formulate and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team
- Delegate and supervise activities of healthcare team members
- Document all aspects of patient care in timely and accurate manner
- Provide direct patient care, coordinate care delivery, and evaluate patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families and healthcare team
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and use proper body mechanics
- Requires adequate hearing, visual acuity, fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination
- Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations
