About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Pipeline Project Manager who wants toadvance their career, gaining hands-on experience across all disciplines of
pipeline construction and estimating fundamentals. You will join a highly
respected pipeline division that boasts 90+ years of collective expertise, working side-by-side with our team who will mentor your development.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be involved in the full project
management lifecycle from learning the fundamentals of bidding/pricing work, preconstruction, project construction, and final completion/project turn overto owner.
You will:
- Work with our estimating team to develop fundamentals for
include quantity takeoffs, develop pricing, communicating with subcontractors
and suppliers to receive project quotes, and assemble detailed estimates for
pipelines and pump stations
- Develop project strategy, preconstruction planning, and
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to develop
- Complete all project specific submittal requirements from
- Coordinate and communicate with the project Superintendent
available when needed to meet project schedule
- Continuously monitor project cost (labor, material,
team, update schedules
- Communicate with other team members to remove any obstacles
- Ability to conduct meetings with owners and engineers and
- Grow into leading complete projects, ultimately taking
ownership of full project from preconstruction to project completion
Every project presents unique technical and logisticalchallenges, giving you the exposure needed to advance into a top-tier project
manager in the water/wastewater industry.
What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management,
- Estimating experience in heavy civil, water/wastewater, or
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project and
- Strong analytical, plan-reading, and takeoff skills with a
- A collaborative mindset with the desire to grow into a lead
project manager role
