After establishing our New York business in early 2023, we continue to grow, and were looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team focused on interim hires.
What Youll Do- Inherit and grow client relationships in the FS space.
- Be a key member of the team supporting juniors and taking them on client visits.
- Build your desk through new business development. Own the clients you win.
- Deliver a consultative, high-touch service to clients and candidates.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.

- Proven success in a recruitment agency environment.
- You will want to work as a true 360 recruiter (including Business Development).
- Experience in placing administrative, operations or HR support (highly beneficial).
- Experience recruiting into financial services (highly beneficial).
- A relationship-first mindset and a drive to deliver results.
