Senior Financial Analyst

Overview:

Reporting to the Assistant Corporate Controller, the Senior Accountant is a key member of the financial team in the organization responsible for a combination of financial functions.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

• Budgeting & forecasting processes.
• Variance analysis, including recommendations of key focus areas for business. partners moving forward.
• Financial oversight of the capital budgeting and spending processes.
• Inventory Management.
• Reporting and analytics related to KPIs.
• Other duties as assigned.

This is a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will work at the Tucson office at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification for this position include:

• Undergraduate degree.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong PC skills including advanced Excel skills.

Desired qualifications for this position are:

• Master’s Degree.
• Professional Accounting Certification (CPA preferred).
