Job Description

10+ years of Superintendent experience (5+ years considered for mid-level roles)
Proven track record managing K-12 construction projects
Experience with project scheduling & updates (P6 preferred, Procore is a plus)
Strong history of delivering projects on time & within budget
Ability to lead field teams, mentor staff, and drive project success
Experience working with clients, owners, and trade partners to ensure project alignment

Base Salary: $118,000 - $142,500 DOE
Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary for senior-level roles
